Choosing Courses

Choosing EAP Courses

There are a number of ways to choose your EAP courses. You should go to:

  • Gaucho Credit Abroad to search for the types of credit (i.e., major, minor, GE areas, or electives) that UCSB students received for courses taken on UCEAP over the past five years.
  • Program Overview page on the UCEAP website
    • Language & Culture and UC Special Focus programs (non-immersion programs) will have limited course offerings that remain consistent year-to-year, listed under "Courses and Credit" tab.
    • The Program Guide (also found on the Program Overview page) may have more detailed course descriptions for non-immersion programs.
    • The Course and Credit page also links you to the EAP Course Catalog and the host university or study center website. The host university website is often the best sources for the most current courses offerings.
