UCEAP Finance Accountants

The UCEAP Systemwide Office handles financial matters for UCEAP programs and students after you have been accepted. General questions may be answered by your UCSB EAP campus advisor.  Contact your UCEAP Finance Accountant for the following matters:

  • Disbursement questions
  • MyEAP account balance/credits/bills
  • Extended payment plans
  • Late fees

UCSB EAP Advisors

If you wish to withdraw from UCEAP you must notify your UCSB EAP Advisor in writing, email is acceptable. Be aware that if you withdraw after the Withdrawal Deadline for your program you will be responsible for any and all withdrawal fees and any unrecoverable expenses.
