We are closed on weekends and UCSB Administrative Holidays.
All students must sign in through Qless for advising services.

Please sign into Qless during our open hours listed above and you will receive a text with instructions when it's your turn. You may select in person, Zoom (meeting ID number will be sent by text just before your appointment), or phone (we'll call you). You are also welcome to email us at eapucsb@eap.ucsb.edu.
If you’ve already been nominated/accepted to your program and have questions about the items listed in your UCEAP Portal’s “Predeparture Requirements” section (such as visas, host university applications, EAP course registration etc.) contact your UCEAP Predeparture Support team listed on the UCEAP Contacts Page. The UCSB EAP Campus Office does not advise on these topics.
